service was slow, and the phone wasn't answered. it took a long time to get coffee in the room. the extra charge for room service coffee seemed like a rip off, especially considering the slow delivery. i wouldn't bother again.

Really good Stay Near the Station

The room was well decorated with a spacious bathroom. The lobby and mezzanine felt both cozy and comfortable. The restaurant on site provided very good food and service. It was a notable positive. I found friendly staff throughout the hotel who were always ready to assist.

The air conditioning in the room did not function properly . I reported this to reception and was told to wait, but the issue persisted through the night. This made the room less comfortable than expected.

I found the beds very comfortable and clean. the room itself was modern with stylish finish. the location was near the train station. A brief stroll got me there. i also appreciated the staff. They were very helpful to me.

there was just one minor thing, i noticed only two tea bags were available each day.

I loved the comfy bed and pillows! the shower was amazing. i really appreciated the tea selection and cups provided in the room, it was a nice touch. the hotel's location near the station was super convenient. The surrounding area was surprisingly quiet and peaceful! plus bike hire right outside the hotel made getting around fun.

the air conditioning wasn't working when i arrived, but i called down to the front desk, and someone came to fix it in about 5 minutes. it was a slight hiccup but sorted quickly
